These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Black Owned New Jersey mobile application ("BONJ" or the "App"), operated by Black Owned Network LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement and that any registration information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Keep your credentials secure and notify us promptly at support@bonjapp.com if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The App allows you to post content, including community posts, business reviews, messages, and photos ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By posting it, you grant Black Owned Network LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the App and in connection with operating and promoting the service.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you have the rights to post it and that it does not violate any law or the rights of any third party.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You agree not to post or transmit content that:
is harassing, threatening, or abusive toward any person or group; is hateful or discriminatory on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic; is sexually explicit or exploitative, or sexualizes minors in any way; promotes or depicts violence; is fraudulent, deceptive, or constitutes a scam; is spam or commercial solicitation unrelated to the App's purpose; impersonates any person or entity; infringes intellectual property rights; or violates any applicable law.
You also agree not to interfere with the operation of the App, attempt to access other users' accounts or data, submit knowingly false reports or reviews, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
The App provides tools to report content you believe violates these Terms and to block other users. We review reports of objectionable content promptly — typically within 24 hours — and will remove content that violates these Terms and eject users who post it. Repeated or severe violations will result in permanent removal from the App without notice. We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend any account at our sole discretion.

Reviews reflect the opinions of the users who post them, not of Black Owned Network LLC. Business listings and related information are provided for community reference; we do not guarantee their accuracy, and inclusion in the App is not an endorsement.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App or by emailing support@bonjapp.com. Deletion removes your account and associated personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
The App, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by Black Owned Network LLC and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the App other than the limited right to use it as intended.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Black Owned Network LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Black Owned Network LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your User Content or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms in the App or at this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
